We typically respond to inquiries within 48 hours during business days. If you're enrolling in a program through the main site, you'll receive confirmation and scheduling information via email.
The teaching kitchen is easily accessible via public transport. Tram routes 11 and 112 stop directly on Brunswick Street. Street parking is available, though spots can be limited during peak hours. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled session time.
All equipment, ingredients, and materials are provided during sessions. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Long hair should be tied back. We provide aprons, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice forfeit that session. Sessions can be rescheduled once without penalty, subject to availability.
