fern-rhythm offers culinary education programs focused on developing cooking skills and understanding through principle-based instruction. All services are educational in nature and do not constitute professional culinary certification, nutritional advice, or medical guidance.
When you enroll in a program:
Participant cancellation: Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the program start date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date forfeit 50% of the fee. No refunds after the program has commenced.
Provider cancellation: If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session at no additional cost.
Individual session rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Subsequent rescheduling requests or notices with less than 48 hours forfeit that session.

Educational outcomes depend on individual practice, dedication, and prior experience. We cannot guarantee specific skill levels or results. The programs provide instruction and guidance; actual improvement depends on the participant's commitment to practicing techniques between sessions.
